Threadhopping: In-game, please ask unless it's some kind of mingle-post, in which case go for it; in meme, yes provided other player(s) involved doesn't mind.
Fourthwalling: In-game, not at this time; in memes, always fine.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): For mun: Anything works, including things that would bother Peter. Feel free to poke me if you're hesitant, there probably won't be an issue. For Peter: He really won't want to talk about his childhood abuse or his time in jail, but he'll mostly just be uncomfortable, not hostile. Don't upset or threaten Wendy and you'll pretty much get along fine.
